We have a 24 HR minimum cancellation or rescheduling policy. Please contact us to reschedule any appointment 24 HRS in advance or more. Failure to do so will result in a $75rescheduling fee. If you miss an appointment without contacting us, you will be charged $75 for a no show fee.

Groupon: When booking an appointment using Groupon your voucher number must be entered under notes on the square app. No call no show Groupon users your voucher will be FORFEITED.
